Document Translation
At A. Cruz Language Services, we understand document
translation is not merely transcribing text from one language to
another. The goal of our translation teams is to ensure that the
source text and the target text communicate the exact same
message, taking tone and context into account.
Our teams of experienced translators will give your documents all
of the attention they deserve. We use our quality management
techniques to ensure the integrity of the documents is not
compromised.
Our document translation rates are all inclusive. The rates include
proofreading, and editing of the project. We work with our clients
for the entire life cycle of the project to ensure the customer is
satisfied.
We base our work on two key principles.
i) Fidelity (Faithfulness): this is the extent to which the
translation accurately renders the meaning of the source text,
without adding or subtracting from it, and without altering the tone
or context of any part of the document
ii) Transparency: this is the extent to which the translation
appears to a native speaker of the target language to have
originally been written in that language. For example, if we
translate a project from English to Spanish, our goal is to make
the end user of the project feel the project was originally created
in Spanish. We also make sure the project conforms to the
grammatical, syntactic and idiomatic convention of the target
language.
The two standards are not necessarily mutually exclusive, and
every project that A. Cruz Language Services undertakes will only
be delivered when our principles have been met.

and promotional materials directed to consumers, and translation
of administrative texts
b. Legal Translations
We have skilled translators who have prior legal experience in

to the details and ensure that we translate the law, contracts and
treaties faithfully, as they were written.
c. Literary Translations

books, short stories, plays and other such publications.

A. Cruz Language Services has translators with relevant
experience in many technical fields. Technical texts such as
manuals, instructions, scholastic papers often contain a high
amount of terminology, that is words or phrases that are used
almost exclusively within a specific field that our translators have
experience in. Our specialists have the tools necessary to
translate this type of text.
e. Medical Translations/ Records Translations
We have the capacity to translate medical records and other
documents of a medical nature. A. Cruz Language Services also
